Saroj Sahu is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources information systems (HRIS) and data analytics. Currently serving as Manager HRIS & Data Analytics at Ohmium since December 2021, Saroj has a strong background in Workday implementation, including Core HCM, Recruiting, and Talent & Performance modules. Previously, at Vaaman Engineers India Limited, Saroj held the position of Assistant Manager Human Resources, where strategic HR support was provided for new site mobilization and HR & talent acquisition functions were established across multiple sites. Saroj's earlier roles include Sr. Officer-HR & Admin at Balajee Infratech & Constructions Pvt. Ltd., where an in-house HRIS system was developed and standard operating procedures were implemented. Experience also includes Oracle HRIS implementation during time at Ainoviq India Pvt. Limited. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in HR Analytics & Data Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from GIET University Gunupur.
