Barbora Valova is a professional with extensive experience in engineering and customer support roles. Currently serving as a Rules Engineer and previously as a QA Engineer at Ohpen since February 2022, Barbora has developed expertise in rule-based systems. Prior to Ohpen, Barbora worked at AT&T from June 2020 to February 2022, initially as a Customer Advocate in Credit & Collections and then as a Customer Care Associate providing technical support.
