Robert Garcia

Robert Garcia is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software development, agile project management, and IT leadership. Since November 2021, Robert has served as the CEO of Ohtic. Previously, from January 2018 to November 2021, Robert held the position of IT Manager at Volkswagen Group España Distribución, where contributions included establishing an Agile Software Factory, overseeing a portfolio of 40 applications, and driving agile transformation in the IT department. Robert's earlier roles at Concatel Vanture Team involved project management and team leadership within Vueling Airlines SA, focusing on resource planning and agile team dynamics. With foundational experience as a Programming Analyst and Software Engineer at Vueling Airlines SA and Sony, along with entrepreneurial experience as the founder of CINWYS, Robert has built a strong proficiency in C#, application development, and software process improvement. Robert holds a Computer Science degree from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and additional certifications in ITIL and software quality.
