Christopher Ashiotes

Christopher Ashiotes has extensive work experience in the legal field. Christopher currently holds the position of VP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at OIA Global, where they are a key member of the executive team and strengthens relationships with various business units. Prior to this, they served as VP, General Counsel, Secretary & Global Compliance Officer at Pilot Freight Services. Christopher has also worked as a Corporate Counsel & Regulatory Affairs at Choice Logistics and as a Legal & Corporate Compliance Specialist at Capsugel. In addition, they gained experience as an In-House Legal Intern at Edison Nation and inVentiv Health Commercial. Christopher started their career as an Operations Compliance Intern at Walmart and also worked briefly as a Law Clerk at The Law Office of David M. O'Bryan.

Christopher Ashiotes received their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Saint Joseph's University from 2008 to 2011. Christopher then pursued further education and obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Charlotte School of Law from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, they earned a Certificate in Corporate Compliance and Ethics from New York University. Christopher also completed a Certificate in Managerial Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2020. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Managerial Finance from LSE and Corporate Compliance and Ethics Professional Development Gold Standard Course from New York University.
