Timarie Mikolasek

Timarie Mikolasek has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Timarie began their career in 2003 as a Remote Technician at Clear Channel. Timarie then worked as an Account Manager at Metromedia Technologies, where they handled production and client expectations. In 2004, they joined Insync Media as a Junior Account Executive, managing production and billing for various creative projects. In 2006, they became a Production Planner at Multi Packaging Solutions. In 2010, they joined Cartamundi USA, Inc. as a Department Process Manager and Senior Account Manager, implementing procedures, Lean Manufacturing initiatives, and project evaluation measures. In 2014, they took on the role of Senior Manager Design Studio at OIA GLOBAL, leading a global team and launching retail packaging solutions for Fortune 500 Brands. Most recently, they worked as an IT Chief of Staff and Scrum Master II at OIA GLOBAL, driving Agile and Lean frameworks on a global software development team.

Timarie Mikolasek attended Arizona State University from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and French. Additionally, they pursued a degree in Broadcast Business Management with a focus on French Studies during the same time period.

In terms of additional certifications, Timarie obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance in August 2019. Timarie also received the Registered Yoga Teacher certification from Yoga Alliance in September 2008. Recently, in August 2020, they achieved the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance.
