Amrit Bains, CHRL, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Director and previously as Human Resources Manager at OIC Foods Inc. since June 2021, Amrit has demonstrated a strong commitment to effective HR practices. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager at Astra Fertility Clinic from June 2019 to June 2021. Amrit holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from York University.
