Fátima Goti

During their career, Fátima Goti has held several key positions in various organizations. Fátima began their professional journey as an Agribusiness Investment Analyst at Banco Galicia, where they prepared credit reports and analyzed credit information. In 2002, they transferred to Bunge, where they continued to work as an Agribusiness Investment Analyst, conducting financial analysis and evaluating credit risks.

In 2005, Fátima joined Oikocredit as the Legal Representative for Argentina. Fátima was later promoted to the role of Country Manager, responsible for developing and managing Oikocredit's portfolio in the country, which included agriculture cooperatives, SMEs, education and health institutions, microfinance institutions, and banks. Fátima played a crucial role in the start-up of the institution in Argentina.

In 2019, Fátima joined Pro Mujer as the President of Pro Mujer Argentina SF, serving as a strategic advisor. Additionally, they became a Board Member at Pro Mujer Foundation in 2020, contributing to the organization's mission of empowering women through integrated services including access to finance, health, and education.

Fátima also has experience in the microfinance sector as a Board Member and Vice Chair at RADIM (Argentine Microfinance Network), an organization dedicated to strengthening the microfinance sector in Argentina by enhancing institutional capacity, advocating for transparency, and representing its members.

Fátima Goti pursued their education in the field of business and agriculture. Fátima obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Economics from the Universidad de Belgrano between 1991 and 1995. Later on, they completed a Postgraduate in Agribusiness Management at the same university by the year 2000. Fátima further enhanced their knowledge by enrolling in the Executive Program in Business Administration at the University of Buenos Aires, which they completed in 2017.
