Johan den Oudsten RA

Johan den Oudsten RA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Johan currently serves as a Finance Manager a.i. at Oikocredit since August 2022. Prior to this, Johan worked as an Interim Professional at Tweak Business Improvement, a consulting company focusing on Lean-Finance Solutions, from January 2019. Johan also gained experience as a Junior Manager (ad interim) at Mazars from April 2021 to July 2022.

Johan has held positions at Sodexo as a Senior Controller FP&A from August 2020 to April 2021 and at S4 Capital Group as a Financial Controller a.i. from July 2019 to April 2020. Before this, they worked at KPMG Nederland as an Assistant Manager a.i. from February 2019 to June 2019.

Johan has significant experience at PwC Nederland, where they worked as a Manager from October 2018 to January 2019 and as a Senior Associate from September 2014 to September 2018. Johan also began their career at PwC as an Associate Assurance from January 2012 to August 2014.

Prior to their career in finance and consulting, Johan worked at Ahold from September 2005 to December 2011, first as a Medewerker Verkoopklaar from September 2005 to April 2008, and later as a Teamleider Verkoopklaar from May 2008 to December 2011.

Johan den Oudsten RA began their education journey in 2001 at De Goudse Waarde, where they pursued their VWO degree with a focus on Gymnasium. Following this, they enrolled at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, in 2007 and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in 2010. Johan then continued their studies at the same institution from 2010 to 2011, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree with a specialization in Accountancy and Control. To further enhance their knowledge and expertise, they joined the Erasmus School of Accounting & Assurance (ESAA) in 2012 for their Post-Master Accountancy, RA degree, which they completed in 2018.
