David Liner

David Liner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and business consultancy, currently serving as Principal Business Consultant at Private Business And Investment Consultancy Group since May 2016. Liner has also been active as a Project Engineering and Business Consultant and a Project Engineering/Business Analyst since 2018. Previously, Liner held the role of Principal Process Engineer at CB&I, where responsibilities included leading process development for significant LNG projects. With earlier experience as a Senior Project Engineer at Bechtel and as a Process Engineer at KBR, Liner has a strong background in project engineering and process analysis. Liner holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as two MBAs from the University of Phoenix, focusing on Business Administration and E-Commerce.
