Hiram Rivera has extensive work experience spanning various industries. Hiram started their career in 1984 as the Director at Mrs. Crockett's Kitchens. Hiram then worked at Alcoa from 1987 to 1993, first as a Lab Manager and later as a Pilot Lab Manager at Genesis Packaging. From 1993 to 1998, they worked in operations at Universal Rundle.
In 1998, Rivera joined MAAX and held multiple roles, including Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, and Corporate Project Manager. During their time at MAAX, they implemented SAP in seven manufacturing facilities, centralized customer service, and reduced lead times and labor costs.
Rivera then joined CRH - Oldcastle in 2008, where they served as Vice President of Operations and Manufacturing. In this role, they oversaw six plants, led Kaizens focused on safety and efficiency improvements, and successfully completed strategic initiatives.
Since 2014, Rivera has been working at Oil-Dri Corporation of America as the Georgia Regional Manager. Hiram is responsible for a mine and three manufacturing facilities with approximately 330 employees. Oil-Dri Corporation develops, manufactures, and markets various products for multiple industries.

Hiram Rivera attended Oklahoma State University from 1977 to 1984. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (BS), and Master of Science (MS) degrees in Natural and Engineering Science.
