Lisa Mak has a diverse work experience in marketing and brand management. Lisa started their career at IRI in 1990 as a Vice President and held that position until 2004. Lisa then worked at Kraft Foods Group as a Brand Manager from 2004 to 2008. In 2009, they joined Oil-Dri Corporation of America as a Sr. Product Manager and later transitioned to roles such as Sr. Brand Manager for Cat's Pride, Sr. Brand Manager for Innovation, and Director of Marketing. Finally, they became the Vice President of Marketing for Oil-Dri Corporation of America in December 2015.

Lisa Mak received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School. Lisa'smajor was in Marketing, with a minor in Psychology. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Marketing, Management Strategy, and Organizational Behavior.
