Chrysti Smith- Ramsey

Chrysti Smith-Ramsey, MHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various industries. Currently serving as Area Human Resources Manager at Oil States Industries since August 2015, Chrysti has previously held positions including Human Resources Manager at CP Kelco and Sr. Human Resource Generalist at Harsco Air-X-Changers. With a strong foundation in HR management honed at THERMAL ENGINEERING INTERNATIONAL, where responsibilities included employee counseling and staffing management, Chrysti began their career as an Engineering Assistant at KWIKSET CORPORATION. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University, as well as an Associate degree in Business from Tulsa Junior College.
