Robert Billings

Robert Billings is an accomplished professional in materials and corrosion engineering with over four decades of experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Global Materials Manager and Consultant at Oil States Industries since July 2019, Robert previously held significant roles such as Manager of Corporate Facilities Engineering and Sr. Staff Facility Engineer at Pioneer Natural Resources Company from March 2014 to January 2020, and Director of the Global Materials and Welding Group at Oil States Industries from January 2013 to March 2014. With a strong foundation at BP and Arco Oil and Gas Company, Robert has expertise in project management and engineering, including a role as QA Manager on a substantial offshore gas development project in China. Robert's academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas and dual degrees in Metallurgical Engineering (BS and MS) from the University of Cincinnati.
