Jay Shirley

Jay Shirley is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience across various leadership and engineering roles. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Oilcan, Inc since December 2022, Jay previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Stripe from August 2015 to May 2022, where the focus was on maximizing the potential of technical teams.
