Tim Shreve

Tim Shreve has a comprehensive work history in the waste management industry. Tim began their career as an Operations Manager at Waste Management in 1984 and later became a District Manager for several districts, responsible for generating millions of dollars in annual revenue.

Shreve then joined Republic Services as an Assistant General Manager, where they improved profitability and reduced HOS violations. Tim was later promoted to General Manager, overseeing multiple facilities and landfills, and successfully renegotiated municipal contracts.

After Republic Services, Shreve worked at Tervita Corporation as an Area Manager, where they had complete P&L responsibility for West Texas and the Permian Basin. Tim notably grew revenue by over $5 million and improved EBITDA by over $7 million. Tim was also involved in management presentations with Goldman Sachs and potential buyers.

Shreve then became a Regional Operations Manager at PetroWaste Environmental, overseeing operations for a region and achieving strong results before joining Oilfield Water Logistics as the Director of Landfill Operations.

Tim Shreve attended the University of Mobile from 2004 to 2006, where they studied Business Administration and Organizational Leadership. It is not specified whether they earned a degree during their time at the university.
