Jesper Hallberg began their career as a Master Thesis student at Tetra Pak in 2010, where they conducted research on supply chain strategy optimization. Jesper later interned at Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions and worked as a production operator.
From 2012 to 2014, Jesper worked at Orango AB as a System Developer and Business Consultant, specializing in ERP systems and logistics processes. Jesper then transitioned to the role of Team Leader, managing a team of consultants and overseeing project management.
In 2017, Jesper joined ALTEN Sweden as a Business Manager, responsible for developing and growing ALTEN's IT business in the Lund region. Jesper later became the Regional Manager, leading ALTEN's office in Lund and managing a team of Business Managers.
Currently, Jesper is working at OIM Sweden AB as a Business Area Manager, contributing to innovative product development and serving as a business development partner for clients. Jesper will soon transition into the role of COO.
Jesper Hallberg obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering with Technology Management from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, where they attended from 2007 to 2012.
