Jean-Claude Ruf

Jean-Claude Ruf is the Scientific Director at OIV - Organisation Internationale de la Vigne et du Vin. Previously, Jean-Claude worked as a Research Manager at INSERM. They hold a Ph.D in Human Biology and a Master's in Biochemistry from Université Claude Bernard Lyon I. In their current role, they also serve as the Scientific Coordinator and Head of Unit for "Enology - Safety & Health - Methods of analysis" and "Safety and Health."
