Theodore Georgopoulos

Theodore Georgopoulos is a tenured Professor of Law and Director of the Wine Law Program at Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne. Theodore also serves as the Director of the Wine, Spirits & Terroirs Department at CASALONGA and President of the Georges Chappaz Institute for Vine and Wine in Champagne. Theodore is Vice President of AIDV-IWLA, President of the International Wine Law Association, and Director of Jus Vini - Journal of Wine & Spirits Law. Additionally, Theodore is Vice-President of the Group of Experts "Law and Consumption" at OIV - International Organisation of Vine and Wine. Theodore also holds roles in various other organizations and has extensive experience in the legal aspects of the wine sector.
