Ujjal Dutta

Ujjal Dutta is an experienced optical scientist currently serving as a Senior Optical Scientist at Oivi since February 2022. Prior to this role, Ujjal Dutta held the position of Lead Optical Architect at SigTuple Technologies Private Limited from June 2019 to January 2022, focusing on high-resolution microscopic imaging and illumination systems. Ujjal Dutta's career at Forus Health Pvt. Ltd. spanned from 2011 to June 2019, where responsibilities included translating performance requirements into optical system architectures, overseeing optical design, and developing imaging solutions for ophthalmology. Ujjal Dutta's educational background includes a PhD in Diffractive Optics and Optical Design from the Department of Applied Optics & Photonics, CU, as well as another PhD in Optical Design & Diffractive Optics from the University of Calcutta, completed in 2010.
