New Business Development Manager - Horticuture at Oji Fibre Solutions

Gavin Bell has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Gavin began their career as an Industrial Process Engineer at Bruck Textiles Group from 1993 to 1995. Afterwards, they joined Amcor Fibre Packaging where they had various roles, including Assistant to Site Operations Manager, Night Shift Supervisor, Costing/Specifications Officer, Site Planner/Manufacturing Lead Support, Brooklyn Logistics Manager, and State Operations Margin Improvement Manager. During their time at Amcor Fibre Packaging, they were involved in project management, operational cost savings, efficiency improvements, and leadership in manufacturing, planning, supply chain, and distribution environments. In 2005, they moved to Orora Limited and took on the position of Key Account Manager/Account Manager and later transitioned to Sales & New Business Development in the Fruit, Produce & Cut Flower segment. In this role, they focused on stabilizing and strengthening customer accounts, driving new business development, and providing customer support across various industry segments. Currently, they are working at Oji Fibre Solutions as a New Business Development Manager in Horticulture, where they develop customer relationships, promotes solutions within the fresh food segment, and identifies opportunities for innovation.

Gavin Bell obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Melbourne, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Later, from 1997 to 1999, they attended the Melbourne Business School, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. Prior to their higher education, Gavin Bell attended Murray High School, although the specific dates of their attendance are unknown.
