Norman Tan is a seasoned professional in digital marketing and analytics, currently serving as the Senior Manager for Digital Platforms & Analytics at Okada Manila since July 2023. Previously, Norman held significant roles at Philstar Global Corporation, leading marketing efforts as the Head of Marketing and driving digital advertising sales as a Senior Digital Account Manager. With earlier experiences at Leo Burnett and K2 Interactive (Asia) Inc., Norman developed and analyzed digital campaigns, honing strategic recommendations and managing multifaceted projects, including e-commerce platforms and interactive media. Norman began the professional journey in marketing with roles at Bounty Agro Ventures Inc. and Oddvertising Concepts Inc., after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Asia and the Pacific.
