Caroline Tellier

Caroline Tellier has extensive experience in internal communication and project management within the retail sector, primarily at ÏDKIDS and OKAIDI since 1999. Currently serving as Responsable de la communication interne at ÏDKIDS since 2015, Caroline is focused on enhancing visibility of the group's social commitments, fostering internal connections, and facilitating fluid communication between the executive committee and employees. Prior roles at OKAIDI include Coordinatrice CODI, where responsibilities included acting as an interface between management and employees, and overseeing internal communication processes and events. Caroline also has a strong background in retail management, having held positions such as Responsable de magasin and Coordinatrice retail, where tasks involved managing store operations, training new staff, and leading commercial planning initiatives. Caroline's career began at Decathlon Internacional, where skills in sales and team training were developed. Caroline holds a DEUG in Lettres Modernes from Université d'Artois and attended Université Paris-Sorbonne.
