Carol Lynn Eaton Arrieta is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in system applications and service management. Currently serving as a System Applications Specialist for Okaloosa County since January 2020, Carol is the primary expert for all IT systems within the Okaloosa County Airport system. Prior roles include Service Management Delivery Analyst at NEW Customer Service Companies Inc., where responsibilities included creating and transitioning services to new platforms, and IT UX Specialist at Asurion, focusing on enhancing user experiences through continuous improvement. Carol's earlier career includes significant roles in desktop support and engineering administration, alongside a service record as a Flight Engineer and Helicopter Mechanic in the U.S. Air Force. Carol holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Smith College and a high school diploma from The Putney School.
