Shimon Lazarov

Shimon Lazarov is a seasoned growth marketing professional with extensive experience in the fintech and digital marketing sectors. As the Global Head of Growth at OKX from 2020 to May 2023, Shimon managed a nine-figure budget to drive global business expansion outside of China, utilizing various channels including paid marketing, partnerships, and organic growth strategies. Prior to this role, Shimon served as Head of Growth at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange, where a substantial increase in marketing spend and diversified acquisition channels significantly boosted user growth and revenue. As the Founder and CEO of LiveCoach, Shimon created the largest online coaching marketplace leveraging AI technology. Experience also includes leading user acquisition efforts at 99designs, where Shimon contributed to the company's valuation increase, and consulting at Boston Consulting Group, where critical savings and value enhancements were realized for major clients. Shimon holds an MBA in Technology Marketing and Strategy from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Business Administration from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
