Chad Geary

Chad Geary serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Inadev, focusing on the go-to-market strategy for the Commercial business since February 2024. As a Partner at Riverbend Capital, now Okeanos, Chad is involved in investing in early-stage companies, particularly Series A and B. Previously, Chad held the position of Director of Business Development at CrossCountry Consulting, leading efforts to build relationships with key accounts and promote the brand. Chad's extensive experience also includes roles at Primatics Financial, Fannie Mae, Accenture, and Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities ranged from business development in financial software to managing large-scale transactions and overseeing substantial budgets. Chad earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech.
