Ales Dvorak has 28 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Ales started their career as an Executive Director at Czech Telecom in 1992 and held that position until 2005. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as the Director of Corporate Projects and Transformation Office at Bulgarian Telecommunications Company. In 2008, they joined Adastra North America as the CEO of Adastra Bulgaria, where they were responsible for setting up and growing the company as an independent entity. Ales focused on offshore software development and successfully grew the team from zero to 100 people in less than three years. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Vice President of Adastra Canada. In 2013, they joined Emeldi Group as the Vice President of Business Development and also held the position of Country Manager for Slovakia. Since 2015, they have been working at OKIN Process, initially as the Director of Expansion, then as the Director of Operations - Implementation, and currently as the Senior Vice President of Technology.
Ales Dvorak completed their education with a Ing. degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the Czech Technical University in Prague, from the years 1984 to 1990. Ales then pursued further studies and obtained an MBA degree from the University of Chicago during the years 1999 to 2001.
