Galina Ushakova

Galina Ushakova is a highly skilled Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development across various industries. Currently, at Okko since May 2020, Galina has focused on developing an internal website for the Call Center, achieving significant user identification time reductions and optimizing request processing. Previously, at Netcracker from April 2016 to February 2020, Galina contributed to backend development of an ERP system, implementing an admin panel that dramatically cut customization time. Galina's early career includes roles at Solution, LLC, Medical Information and Analysis Center, Zabaikalsky Information and Analysis Center, and Pushkin Library, where numerous internal applications and automation processes were developed. Educational qualifications include a Specialist Degree in Applied Computer Science in Economics from Baikal State University of Economics and Law and an Associate’s degree in Automated Control and Information Processing Systems from Computer College.
