Caleb Kohlmeyer has a diverse work experience in various industries. Caleb began their career as an Athletic Director Intern at Rogers State University in 2015, where they gained valuable insights and knowledge in the field of athletics. In 2016, they joined the University of Tulsa Athletic Department as a Tutor/Mentor Graduate Assistant, assisting in the management of the tutor and mentor program for student-athletes. Caleb also served as the Academic Coordinator for Women's golf and soccer, as well as football during their time there.
In 2017, Caleb joined Oklahoma AgCredit and started as a Loan Officer Intern. Caleb gained experience in the loan process, agricultural lending, and marketing, as well as developing customer relationship management skills and basic accounting principles. Later on, they transitioned to the role of Credit Analyst, where they analyzed credit risk and provided financial insights. Caleb eventually progressed to the position of Vice President - Capital Markets, where they currently hold the position.

Caleb Kohlmeyer obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sport Management from Rogers State University between the years 2012 to 2016. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The University of Tulsa from 2016 to 2017.
