Charla James

Charla James has extensive work experience in healthcare administration. Charla started their career in 2008 as the AVP Revenue Cycle at HPI LLC, where they worked until 2010. Charla then joined Graymark Healthcare as the Vice President of Patient Accounts from 2011 to 2013. Charla continued to advance their career at INTEGRIS Health, where they served as the Systems Director - Patient Access from 2013 to 2014. Charla then joined Oklahoma Heart Hospital as the Systems Director from 2014 to 2018. Currently, Charla is employed at Oklahoma Arthritis Center, where they initially held the role of Practice Administrator from 2018 to 2022. Charla recently transitioned to the position of Director of Operations, starting in May 2022.

Charla James attended the University of North Texas from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Psychology.
