Amy Schroer

Amy Schroer is an experienced professional in the sports and event management industry, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Operations at Professional Sports Catering since February 2017. Previous roles include Business Manager and Catering Manager at the same company, and as Culinary Supervisor at the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo, overseeing concessions operations. Amy's background includes a food and beverage internship with Florence Freedom, managing a large staff and ensuring compliance with health standards, and a sports internship at Bluffton Family Recreation, where scheduling and site management were key responsibilities. Early experience includes customer service and food preparation at Fort Wayne TinCaps, youth umpiring in Grabill, and officiating youth basketball at the YMCA.
