James Kasakyan

James Kasakyan is a skilled software engineer with a diverse background in software development and data science. Currently employed by the Oklahoma City Thunder since June 2018, James has held various positions, including Software Engineer and Associate Software Engineer. Prior to this, James co-founded Les Pain, a software startup aimed at assisting chronic pain patients, and served as its lead developer, where an iOS application was created that earned finalist recognition in the 2016-17 Zahn Entrepreneurship Startup Competition. Additionally, James completed a summer internship at the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration, providing mentorship to high school students on a data science project and assisting in developing Python tutorials. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The City College of New York.
