Vickie Sams

Vickie Sams is a seasoned professional in healthcare coordination and education, currently serving as the Tribal Government Outreach Coordinator and Provider Education Specialist at the Oklahoma Health Care Authority since October 2021, focusing on provider training for Indian, Tribal, and Urban services.
