Bobby Raines

Bobby Raines serves as the Troop Commander and Polygraph Examiner/Coordinator for the Oklahoma Highway Patrol since August 2012, overseeing Troop B and the Investigations Division. Additionally, Bobby operates Raines Polygraph Services, LLC, providing specialized polygraph testing in various domains, including criminal cases and pre-employment evaluations for law enforcement. Since December 2016, Bobby has also served as a Reservist Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. Bobby holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice/Adminstrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and has completed several relevant training programs, including the Criminal Investigator Training Program at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and certification as a Polygraph Examiner from the Northeast Counterdrug Institute.
