Chris Haws has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2003, they owned and partnered in a holiday decorating company, managing operations and servicing over 100 clients. In 2004, they worked as a Collections Representative for Wells Fargo, excelling in handling delinquent auto loan accounts and assisting customers with debt management. Chris then moved on to Chase Bank where they served as a Collections Team Lead, ranking in the top 5% of agents. In 2005, Chris worked at Shea Homes as a Residential Construction/Customer Service Superintendent, overseeing home construction and warranty completion. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Field Engineer at Adolfson and Peterson Construction, assisting in various coordination and procurement responsibilities. In 2010, Chris joined Hensel Phelps Construction Co as a Field Engineer, responsible for project layout, safety, and production tracking of a $120 million project. Chris then worked at Adolfson & Peterson Construction as an Assistant Superintendent for a brief period in 2012 before becoming a Project Superintendent at Okland Construction. Chris later advanced to the role of Senior Project Superintendent, where they currently hold the position.
Chris Haws attended Mesa Community College from 2003 to 2007, where they studied Construction Management. Chris then transferred to Arizona State University and graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.
