Raphaël Kattan

Raphaël Kattan serves as the Managing Partner at TalenCo since January 2014, where the firm specializes in consulting and training to facilitate organizational transformation and innovation. Kattan is a Digital Transformation Expert with experience across various sectors, including retail and FMCG, and has held significant roles such as Partner & Sales Director at OKRmentors, founding member and advisor, and General Manager at Freyval Consulting. Previous positions include Sales Director at OPUS Marketing, Dealers Marketing Manager for MINI at BMW Group France, and District Sales Manager at Groupe Volkswagen France. Kattan holds a BBA in Marketing from ESSEC Business School and participated in a business administration exchange program at California State University-Sacramento.
