Sam Bucca

Sam Bucca is currently the QA & QC Lead at Okra Solar. Prior to that, they were an electrical engineer at AusDiagnostics from September 2014 to June 2017. Sam then transitioned to developer at NeuRA (Neuroscience Research Australia) from June 2017 to June 2020, where they did various hardware & software development for neuroscience research projects. Finally, they became an electronic engineer at ZiO Health from September 2018 to June 2020, where they were in charge of design, development prototyping and testing of all electronics and PCBs in the ‘ZioStat’ electrochemical sensor measurement device.

Sam Bucca has a Bachelor of Engineering Diploma in Engineering Practice (BE, DipEngPrac) from the University of Technology, Sydney. They also have a certification from edX in edX Verified Certificate for Embedded Systems - Shape the World, as well as certification from Coursera in Interfacing with the Arduino, Introduction to the Internet of Things and Embedded Systems, and The Arduino Platform and C Programming.
