Andrew Fox is an experienced professional in incident response and cybersecurity. Currently serving as the Incident Response Manager for the Customer Identity Cloud's Global Incident Response team at Okta since February 2022, Andrew manages global coverage and response for the Executive Leadership Team. Prior to Okta, Andrew was the Incident Response Team Lead L2 Engineer at Ultra Commerce, overseeing L1/L2 engineering teams and handling priority incident responses for SAP Hybris AWS Managed Host Services. Andrew's earlier experience includes consulting for top fintech companies such as Fidessa and Deutsche Bank in New York, where expertise was applied in implementing recruitment lifecycle systems. Academically, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in Literature from Lafayette College, an Evolve Security Certified Professional designation from Evolve Security Academy, and a Cybersecurity Certificate from Northwestern University's School of Professional Studies.
