Arra Parcia

Arra Parcia is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and people operations, currently serving as the People Operations Team Manager at Okta since March 2020, after holding the position of Team Lead for People Operations Shared Services. Prior to joining Okta, Arra spent over seven years at Accenture, advancing from a Utilization Management Representative to a Human Resources Team Lead. Arra holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a focus on Health Care Administration and Management from Aquinas University of Legazpi, completed in 2010.
