Cathy Doyle

Cathy Doyle serves as the Senior Director of Enablement Business Partners at Okta since February 2023, following a successful tenure at Salesforce as Senior Director for AMER and EMEA Enablement Business Partners. With extensive experience in revenue enablement, Cathy led the Global Enablement Department at Birdeye, achieving significant sales productivity improvements and implementing innovative training programs. Previously, as Regional Vice President for TMP Worldwide, Cathy emphasized disciplined sales processes and business growth strategies. Additionally, Cathy held various positions at Monster, focusing on sales effectiveness and client engagement, and began a career at BCI, where impressive sales achievements led to a promotion to Equity Partner. Cathy holds a Bachelor's degree from Loyola University Chicago and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University.
