Kelsey Richards

Kelsey Richards is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people operations and integration. Currently serving as Manager of the People Agile Team at Okta since August 2021, Kelsey also held the role of People Operations Program Manager during the Auth0 integration. Prior to this, Kelsey worked at MightyHive from March 2018 to March 2021, where responsibilities included Senior Director of HR Integration and Global Head of People Operations. Kelsey’s career also includes positions as Senior HR Generalist at Macquarie AirFinance and HR & Business Operations Manager at Design To Delivery Inc. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Penn State University, awarded in 2011.
