Nancy Riccardi

Nancy Riccardi, PMP, is an experienced project manager currently serving as Project Manager Lead and Senior Project Manager at Okta since January 2022. Prior to this role, Nancy worked at Accolade, Inc. as Project Manager for Customer Implementations from November 2019 to January 2022. Nancy's career also includes positions at SAP, where various roles included Digital HR Experience Program Manager and Business Process Analyst from August 2013 to November 2019. Earlier experience includes administrative and research roles at Ithaca College's Psychology Office and an internship at Schottenhof. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Applied Psychology from Ithaca College and has also studied at IES Vienna.
