Rachael Mammen

Rachael Mammen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales development and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Okta since April 2016, Rachael leads the Sales Development Outbound efforts for the SMB/Emerging Market Segments nationwide, while also supporting the Inbound Sales Development initiatives for the Americas. Rachael has been recognized for outstanding performance, earning the FY22 President's Club accolade. Prior roles at Okta include Manager and Team Lead in Sales Development, where responsibilities ranged from team leadership to sales enablement. Rachael's previous experience includes positions at NRG Home Solar and PURE Energies, focusing on building sales teams and closing solar deals. Rachael holds a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Oregon.
