Yaniv Setty

Yaniv Setty is the Operations Manager at Oktopost. Prior to this, they worked as a Hi-Tech & M&A Associate at Tadmor Levy & Co. from September 2017 to February 2021. Yaniv was responsible for handling M&A and other international and domestic transactions, assisting in private equity and convertible loans financing, drafting and negotiating license, distribution and other commercial agreements, and rendering ongoing corporate and commercial legal advice to private entities in the initial and developmental stages of business to large companies and investors of various types. Setty also managed due diligence reviews.

From December 2013 to August 2017, Setty worked as a Regulation Analyst at The Second Authority for Television and Radio, where they served as controller of various radio stations operated by private franchise holders licensed for broadcasting in Arabic. In this role, they were responsible for the analysis of the radio station's broadcasting content, including compliance with broadcasting license conditions and different laws and regulations.

Yaniv Setty has a Master of Business Administration from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor of Laws from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Yaniv is certified by the Israel Bar Association as an Israeli lawyer.
