Christy Zhou

Christy Zhou is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as HR Director at OKX since September 2022, Christy previously held significant positions including Regional HR Head for Alibaba Cloud Intelligence covering Southeast Asia, US & Canada, and India, as well as Southeast Asia Regional HR Head at Alibaba Group from November 2016 to September 2022. Prior to that, Christy worked as Regional Senior HRBP-APAC at OSRAM and as Head of HRSSC for Great China at Air Liquide. Christy's career began at ZTE Corporation as Country HR Manager. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature, both earned from Wuhan University.
