Liz DiNapoli is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as Principal Manager of Talent Acquisition at OKX since August 2023, Liz previously excelled as Lead Executive Recruiter at Lyft, where key contributions included the development of a Recruiting Playbook and the establishment of a high-caliber recruiting process for executive-level positions. Liz's earlier roles include Recruiting Specialist at Polyvore, where responsibilities spanned sourcing talent and managing logistics for hiring programs, and a dual role as Recruiting Coordinator and HR at GENWI, Inc. Liz holds a B.A. in Economics and Italian from Saint Mary's College of California and has enriched education through experiences at John Cabot University and the Mediterranean School of Arts and Sciences.
