Augusto Caceres has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2004, they were an Associate at Ferrero Abogados. In 2011, they were a Visiting Attorney at Chadbourne & Parke LLP. From 2012 to 2018, they were a Partner and Senior Associate at Rodrigo, Elias & Medrano Abogados, where they also served as Co-Head Venture Capital, Technology and Entrepreneurship/Startups, as well as CIO and Co-Head of REMLabs, the firm's innovation lab. In 2015, they founded and became the CEO of Delivereat. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Co-Founder of MidPointFX, the Director of Clínica Cáceres, and the Founding Angel and General Counsel of OlaClick (YC W21). In 2021, they became the Founding Partner and CEO of QAPU Ventures, and the Founder and Lead Counsel of LeiOS | law.tec.biz. In 2022, they became a Board Member and Director of the Peru Venture Capital Conference for PECAP.
Augusto Caceres completed their LL.M in Corporate Law at Columbia Law School from 2010 to 2011. From 2000 to 2005, they earned their Abogado in Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. In 2003, they attended Universidad Carlos III de Madrid for Law. Augusto also studied at Colegio de la Inmaculada from 1989 to 1999.
