Neil Woods

Neil Woods has extensive experience in supply chain management and operations. Neil is currently serving as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Olam, starting in April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Darigold as the Leader of Business Engagement from February 2019 to April 2021. Before that, Neil held the position of Head of Operations, Americas (Cotton & Coffee) at Engelhart Commodities Trading Partners from 2014 to January 2019. Neil began their career at Cargill in 1997 and held various roles, including the Cotton Global Trade Execution, Transportation, and Logistics Leader. At Cargill, they were responsible for global team leadership and oversight, recruitment, strategy development and execution, as well as mentoring and coaching.

Neil Woods attended the University of Liverpool from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Environmental and Evolutionary Biology, with a focus on Plant Science.
