Tracie Chesterman has extensive experience in various legal roles throughout their career. Tracie is currently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Olaplex Inc., where they are responsible for handling all legal matters related to the company's IPO, including public company governance, securities laws compliance, and litigation management. Tracie also oversees the global privacy program and cyber incident security response plan.

Prior to their current role, Tracie worked at Ralph Lauren Corporation as Vice President, Commercial Legal Counsel. In this position, they drafted and negotiated complex commercial transactions, including e-commerce, IT, IP licensing, and marketing-related agreements. Tracie also provided guidance on privacy compliance, updated privacy policies, and handled breach incident response plans.

Before joining Ralph Lauren, Tracie was an Of Counsel in the IT/IP Practice Group at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. Tracie negotiated commercial agreements, counseled clients on promotional law matters, and advised on privacy and information security issues.

Earlier in their career, Tracie served as a U.S. Senate Legislative Assistant/Legal Counsel for U.S. Senator Connie Mack and worked as a Judicial Clerk for Judge Altenbernd at the Second District Court of Appeals, State of Florida.

Tracie's work experience demonstrates their expertise in a wide range of legal areas, including corporate governance, securities laws compliance, commercial transactions, privacy compliance, and litigation management.

Tracie Chesterman studied Mass Communications at the University of South Florida, and they later pursued a J.D. degree at Stetson University College of Law.
