YANAN YANG

Yanan Yang has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

From 2023 to present, Yanan Yang is serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at OlaVM Technology Ltd.

Between 2009 and 2023, Yanan Yang worked as a Freelance Interpreter and Translator. They specialized in translating novels between Chinese (simple/traditional) and English, with a focus on texts related to the Edinburgh Hogmanay. They also excelled in Chinese-English interpreting, particularly in consecutive interpreting.

From 2021 to 2022, Yanan Yang held the position of Senior Public Relations Manager at L2 Labs Foundation.

In 2020, Yanan Yang worked as a Project Manager at Huobi Global.

From 2018 to 2020, Yanan Yang was the Editor In Chief at CoinNess.com. Their responsibilities included leading the creation and development of the English website and mobile application, managing the international editor team, writing reports on blockchain-related topics, and participating in conferences and live streaming programs.

In 2017, Yanan Yang had several roles. They worked as a Researcher at Third Bridge Group Limited, an Interpreter and Translator at D.A. Languages Limited, a Telephone Interviewer at Perspective Research Services, and a Voiceover Artist at CereProc Ltd.

Yanan Yang started their education in 2012 at Qiqihar University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor. YANAN completed their undergraduate studies in 2016.

In 2014, Yanan Yang participated in a student exchange program and became an exchange student at the University of Malaya. YANAN studied Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) during their time there, which lasted until 2015.

Continuing their academic journey, Yanan Yang enrolled at The University of Edinburgh in 2016. YANAN pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Translation Studies, which they successfully completed in 2017.
