Fatmah Mohammed Binmobrad

Fatmah Mohammed BinMobrad is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as the Assistant Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Olayan Saudi Holding Company (OSHCO) since March 2023, Fatmah is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract top global talent. Prior experience includes serving as Recruitment Supervisor at AlMawarid Manpower Solutions Company from May 2016 to March 2023, where recruitment strategies were designed to meet niche talent needs. Fatmah also held the position of Student Affairs Officer at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences and worked in customer service at Zain KSA. Academically, Fatmah holds dual Master of Business Administration degrees from Colorado State University Global and Saudi Electronic University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in English Translation from KSU and a Diploma in Finance from EGA.
